In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house services and supporting the broader Workplace Services team to uphold outstanding presentation, service and operational standards across Ernst & Young (EY) tenancies in Melbourne. This role goes beyond delivering the basics — it requires someone who thrives in a team environment while effectively managing competing priorities. About you - your Responsibilities, Skills and Experience Frequently engage with the workplace supervisor or manager to effectively manage competing priorities. Provide outstanding front-of-house service at the OneService Hub, delivering centralised support to EY staff. Collaborate with your team in crafting and driving engaging workplace experiences through various programs, initiatives, and activities, aligning with our engagement framework. Support workplace operations and asset management by maintaining and administering relevant tools, systems, and processes. Contribute to a welcoming onboarding experience by actively participating in “Welcome to EY” sessions and induction programs for new joiners. Help ensure compliance is maintained. Conducting floor inspections to assess presentation and functionality, promptly reporting any issues through our maintenance portal. Promote a safe, functional, and compliant workplace by conducting regular floor inspections, identifying issues, completing compliance tasks and logging maintenance requests in a timely manner.
